Digital service, activated as soon as payment is confirmed, so the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars and renew monthly; cancel the next renewal any time in your member space.
Personal includes 331,200 units per month, Team 1,535,600 and Pro 5,032,800, released in weekly portions within the billing period. More complex work uses more allowance; units do not correspond to a fixed number of conversations or documents.
A top-up provides 331,200 units for one chosen companion and remains valid for 12 months from purchase.

Buy a top-up for the chosen companion in your member space, or wait for the next basic allowance period. Top-ups and basic allowance are tracked separately.
Sign in to your member space, link Telegram and choose a plan. After payment is confirmed, open Anna from your claim page to continue activation.
